Our advice to prepare your cure in 8 steps

    01. Consult your doctor

    To obtain a prescription and referral for a thermal treatment at Vals-Les-Bains

    02. Send your referral to your healthcare insurance provider

    03. Book your accommodation

    Consult the list of accommodations*.

    Or find the accommodations on the leaflet inside the curist’s magazine.

    04. Contact your thermal doctor before you arrive at the thermal bath

    05. Send the attached reservation form to the Secretariat of the Thermal Baths

    Either: on the magazine of the Thermes de Vals-les-bains, you can fill in the detachable sheet and send it to :

    For your registration to be confirmed, please send us a deposit check of 40 € to the order of Thermes de Vals-Les-Bains.

    Your cure will be definitively registered only upon receipt of the duly completed reservation form and the photocopy of part 2 of your treatment. Please note that you must bring the original copy of section 2 on the first day of treatment. If you do not bring the original, you will be asked to pay for the treatment.

    06. Pack your suitcase

    Don’t forget your:

    Swimming costume, swimming hat, non-slip shoes: non-scratch footwear, no flip-flops  on sale at the Thermal baths and on the internet (customers without suitable footwear will not be admitted for treatments)

    07. Day one : check in at the welcome desk

    You will be given your treatment book and the welcome staff will show you around the facilities and tell you about your treatment plan

    At the end of your stay, make sure to ask for confirmation of the treatment you have received. This is essential in order to obtain reimbursement from your health insurance provider
